Hackers hit the Oxford School District, and they hit it hard. It was reported by Local Memphis, that a significant decrease in operations has occurred due to this ransomware attack. The students and faculty are being affected in various ways. The FBI is currently working with the school to determine where the attack originated. It has nto yet been reported if the school intends to pay the ransom to decrypt their files.
