Terms and Conditions

By applying and participating in the PC Matic Pro Partner Program, a partner consents to receiving program-related information from PC Matic for the following purposes:

• Administering the program
• Providing program information to the partner
• Providing the partner with information and materials to support the effort to deliver PC Matic Pro Products; this includes technical information, sales and marketing materials.
• The partner also agrees that PC Matic may publish the partner’s name and address on the Partner Locator, and may reference the partner as a member of the program using the partner’s logo, subject to reasonable trademark and logo usage policy provided by the partner.

Program Changes, Reservation of Rights and Termination

PC Matic reserves the right to alter or discontinue the PC Matic Pro Partner Program at any time, including this Program Guide, and without limitation to any conditions, requirements or benefits contained herein. All such changes shall be effective upon notice to the partner or at such time that PC Matic may specify.

Any notice provided by PC Matic about changes to the Partner Program will be furnished via email or the Partner Portal. If you disagree with any change or modification, you may terminate your participation in the program. Additionally, PC Matic reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner’s status if the partner does not maintain their good standing in the program, or fails to comply with PC Matic's then-current policies.
