It is with a heavy heart that we announce the loss of David Austin.
Over the last decade, David has been an irreplaceable member of the PC Pitstop community. He began as a strong member of the PC Pitstop forums, a virtual community for people to share their computing experiences. His commitment to the forums never wavered, even after he began full-time employment at PC Pitstop in October 2014.
He originally began working as a customer service representative with our PC Matic home users. David consistently brought great insights on how to improve our customer satisfaction and was soon promoted to our business support team for PC Matic Pro and PC Matic MSP. Not only did PC Pitstop lose an irreplaceable team member, but our business customers also lost a huge asset.
Going forward, our team will continue to provide the same high-quality support that David worked tirelessly to deliver to each PC Matic customer – everyday.
