PC Pitstop is thrilled to announce, on January 5, 2016, PC Matic was awarded the ICSA Labs Anti-Virus Certification.  With this certification, PC Pitstop is making the commitment to continue to meet ICSA Labs’ strict criteria to maintain these remarkable credentials.

Today, data breaches are impacting virtually every type of organization and making the right technology decisions is imperative. Implementing and maintaining a robust security program across an enterprise is a critical task and the foundation of that complex system is the underlying technology that supports it. 1. I had a screen pop up on my computer last night telling me that my credit card information and personal information was being stolen, and to call an eight hundred number, and don’t turn off computer off. Of course it scared me so I ran my PC Matic, and it would not run past the junk files part way. I tried it again today and does the same thing. I don’t know what to do next. Need help.

  2. Congrats!
Recently, in looking for a new AV, I gave you a look as I’ve been an appreciative reader of your newsletter for years. My ‘look’ left me with an uncomfortable feeling, the strongest being from doubt in regards to support response. Appears to me that the path to support is difficult, to one email enquiry weeks ago I’ve had not response. Additionally, I have seen in a blog a repeated complaint of poor support. So, I’ve gone elsewhere. However, I do take note of this certification, that is encouraging. Thanks for listening.
