Often startup takes a good 30 seconds to a minute before I can execute anything.There has been moments where it has took longer than a minute before my pc would let me execute any commands. The next huge problem or issue I have is "Updates" windows updates happen often it is usually upon closing/logging off computer. It comes up on my screen to not shut computer off so that window updates can be executed...at that point if i don't initialize and allow, than upon startup of my computer again it won't allow me to use my Laptop until it finishes updates. i don't necessarily mind having updates, but this happens very often..like, once or twice a week.

I have a desktop with a PCMatic subscription at this address, and I am adding this computer. My daughter's name is Abigail Jones. My name is Cheryl Jones. I own the computer now basically, but I did not buy it. So I am guessing at 2012 but I don't know.
