3/4/2010 8:19:12 PM The computer is very slow, and sometimes hangs while opening/closing programs. Startup and shutdown take extended time. Other than the fact it needs a good tuneup or reformat, this computer is still outstanding in overall performance. I love my Toshiba.

5/22/2010 7:37:08 AM laptop works great EXCEPT, if I have to do a reboot it will hang at a black screen or the toshiba splash screen when trying to restart. If I do a hard shutdown and wait 20 minutes it will start up without any problems.
