12/20/2019 10:22:17 PM This laptop is a Toshiba bought in 2009. I have added RAM, and upgraded to Windows 7 then to Windows 10. It was originally Vista. It's old but works okay for our use as extra for when we travel. We wanted an antivirus that uses very little resources to help with speed. We have never had a virus on any computer because we are careful. But, hope your product works well for us. We are senior citizens.

Just recently my computer has been freezing. it boots up fine but as soon as i click any program it completly freezes and wont do anything. Not even ctrl+ALt+del will work. Has an error message when i try. I think i may have a virus but dont know what actions to take from this point. I dont even think it will let me install anti-virus protection.
