2/18/2018 9:41:02 PM Computer locked up. Had to reinstall windows 10 and reinstall pcmatic. Had no problems in the past. Was playing a game of solatary when the game locked up. Had to turn computer off, wait 10 seconds rebooted and go thru through the advance troubleshoot to get computer running

7/15/2022 6:02:33 PM Answer to#3 question: Computer is 11+ years old, never locked up until I ran PCM on 6/9? and did the clean. Locked up and had to wipe the computer completely. Not real happy abouit that. Coincidence, 3 weeks or so after putting PCM on computer.

6/15/2016 10:49:13 AM I find that the program stops working on the PC's and I have to login to get it started again. The problem is that there is no notification that the protection is off. When things slow down I then see that it is not running.
