2/19/2018 8:06:13 AM I assume you knew of the Windows 10 update problem. I had 2 of my 5 computers go down because of it, you should have sent out inportant notification letting your customers know. I spent hours getting them going again.

7/19/2022 11:50:32 AM This is my work laptop, Toshiba W10, that I recently retired and haver removed my work programs. I found immediately this Laptop working exremely slow. So I am adding this as my additional 2nd device on PCmatic and have just installed PC matic program and run its scan for the first time. My response submitted is just after the PC matic scan ran and I have not hard booted to see the final effects that hopefully helped. My othet home laptop, PC matic first device, works beautilfully and I believe it is because of PC matic running frequently. That laptop is tops. Thanks, Gary

2/15/2016 8:25:05 PM I have had trouble with the Tor network. I have had The Tor browser on all of my other PC's in the past but now I can't get it to work for some reason. Every time I download it I get it all configured and everything and it works just fine. Then when I close the browser for the first time the next time I open it it has a hard crash on opening and won't open whenever it finally does open it has turned back into regular fire fox.
