11/1/2013 2:54:00 AM Whatever got inside the computer slowed it down considerably and I am hoping this will fix the problems with the advertisements and pop ups. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If I had known, I would have purchased the tune-up at the time I purchased the orginal product. Thanks again, Carmen
