7/24/2012 3:20:16 PM This computer has a couple of quirks that happen fairly often. One is that when I'm online, I often get the "crash" when Flash Player is used. This happens most often when I'm on a photography website. I can usually resume my work,but it's irritating. I also have a cursor that wanders all over the page when I'm typing and I have to keep an eye on it or I'll be typing way off somewhere. I haven't pursued this with HP as it's also just an irritation. There might be an easy fix, but I don't know what it is.

7/23/2013 1:28:03 PM I recently had faulty software problems from Windows 8, and HP replaced not only my hard drive, but loaded new Windows 8 software and tested my problems to make sure they didn't exist anymore. I haven't yet encountereed the same problems, so everything looks good at this point.

I have thisApparently it has improved the speed of my HP Pavilion g6. pc, my wife has an aspire notebook and we both have Kindle Fires. At 9:18am this date I had 6.89 GBs of free space on my C-drive. Now at 2:42pm same day I have only 3.98 GBs of free space. The only thing I did was purchase and download PC Matic software hoping that this software would detect and delete a virus or spyware.

11/7/2014 7:26:16 PM After running my first scan the antivirus actually disabled my enternet intierely and had to actually do a recovery to be able to use it again! second time around chrome gave me a solution to the problem at hand. Would be nicer to actually get a full manual from start to end instead of telling me tools>internet options> proxi server, the one on chrome showed full step detail on how to fix the problem without issues down to even the smallest step

I asked an older daughter to help me and she may have deliberatly have messed it up. Word Start got huge and I found no zoom and the whole thing is messed up. I had to buy a new laptop 2 weeks ago because I got a virus that couldn't be deleted, even by HP remotely. I'm hoping that by using PC Matic and Trojan Killer along with the installed Norton firewall and malware provided with this system that it doesn't happpen again. I lost a lot of pictures that I may not have in hard copy. I use this machine for recreational use only.

Im thining now its just an out of date Windows Explore version now as Yahoo email works fine using Chrome for the browser.

Your PC Pitstop website Overdrive does not find any issues. Concerned about "about:blank" on IE and just before only numbers showed on the PC Pitstop scan (not path, like C:/Program . . .) I saw words like "python", "wrapper" -- gee, that doesn't sound good . . .

But the upgrade was never completed because the upgrade program couldn't automatically identify the chip set. 7/10/2014 6:59:30 AM going online lots of ather icons pop out without opening them on purpose. any click done can iopen unexpected icon/window or many of them. lots of various antiviruses downloaded however computer is not protected. there is not enough space on both of the discs. i know one of them is filled with a useful stuff (the one that has the contents of the desctop, but the other dics(disc D) supposed to be empty as there is nothing important stored but it shows its full and i cant find the stuff that is hidden to delete... well, thats all for now...

After HP last session that problem is gone but not the long run script. The price of fixing is the yech deleted wedding pictures Ane they have failed to return them
