2/2/2018 1:53:19 PM A system reintall was required. Back to Windows 7 Pro and need to upgrade to Windows 10. PCMatci installed with Norton removed. To soon to tell if my two following answer are accurate.

9/6/2010 10:00:49 AM HP Quicklaunch keys continue to be problematic - they do not always work. HP loads a lot of bloatware. PC is stunning! Incredible screen and the SSD drive is a ROCKET!

8/17/2015 4:17:12 PM Currently switching to Windows 8.1, 8.1Pro, to Windows 10 was a big mistake. Now, I am back to original Windows 7, and the computer laptop really works,and performs as it should. Shoul i select Windows 10 for future use -- BIG UNANSWERED QUESTION ?
