I uninstalled all of my AVAST virus protection programs just before I downloaded your program and this is the first time I have ever used or seen your program. Hopfully you make AVAST look bad. 3/7/2021 2:09:03 PM Had 17 Support ticket emails to get this installed. This started because I made an error because of your video. A URGENT MESSAGE to complete the uninstall of previous malware protection must be added to your instructions. I have been 9 days and 19 support tickets to correct. You take 5 to 12 hours to respond. Not acceptable. I only put 'Satisfied' because Steve Hogan finally, at my request' read the Support ticket history and directly responded to the then current situation.

It worked when I bought it last April 2020 up until about November 2020. Also, the pc won't sync with my printer anymore. It does show up; however Microsoft won't allow me to use any word document of any sort to print with my printer.
