10/31/2019 9:56:39 AM Sometimes seems to run slowly or takes a moment for typing to catch up. I'm hoping installing PC Matic and running the scan will address those issues.

2/22/2020 4:22:05 PM I have struggled loaded this itema and no phone to call. I have a popup window that cannot be deleted. I've heard so much on the Fox Business about PCmatic, after the scanning the unwanted window is very much, still there.

2/4/2020 4:04:11 PM keyboard lights shut off constantly. too much signing in. can't read keys even with lights on. lid is so tight it takes 2 hands to open. When i hit certain keys it types something else.
