This computer stopped working, took it to local "fixer-so he said), came back lost all programs I had added (inclucing PC Matic) and trying to reload, recover what was lost. My problem, 81 yrs old, loosing memory, don't understand terminology which seems to change with the wind. thank you for any and all help!
