I was not able to get Office or PCMatic reinstalled so I did not use. I have no idea how it is running or if it locks up. It shouldn"t since Windows was reinstalled after cleaning up the virus.

6/26/2019 8:11:55 PM This computer randomly looses connection to the internet about every 2-10 minutes, yet reconnects on its own after about 7-45 minutes. The previous unit, or computer of the same model, had a similar problem yet a much worse reaction than this current one. A hard network reset did not, and will not, fix the connection problems this model has been facing. Besides the internet connection issues, the computer is running smoothly and efficiently.

2/24/2020 9:41:59 AM I have had someone remote into my laptop more than once. The IT folks at Office Depot took a screenshot of what they found. My ex husband is an IT person and it could have been him, I'm sure it was but hard to prove. I want the Remoting In stopped -- same with the any phone app, he had the phone app running on the computer.
