My system does lock up occasionally and I have to pull the battery on occasion. Just replaced the harddrive about 18 months ago

The only problem I have had is when the computer is left idle for an extended period it freezes up when I move the mouse to use the computer again, taking several minutes to get caught up. I have enough memory on the computer to meet my needs and it is easy to use.
