4/19/2010 7:53:15 PM Bought on Black Friday at local Base BX for $350. Initial machine never booted up due to corrupt BIOS. HP repaired very promptly (in fact, best Customer Service for ANY computer I've ever had!) and even shipped it to my vacation destination. They even threw in $100 worth of laptop accesories of my choosing from their website for my 'incovenience'. VERY satisfied!

And i am delighted to see that you also check and repair driver when needed. i am putting ''no'' that i don't think computer runs slowly but mmaybe it is not the speedies but i hv nothing to compare it too and it seems okay to me. I hate the MacAfee online back up advertisement that comes on at every start up. Uploaded new version of Firefox and then alll sorts of ads come up at every website-cant hardly see the screen through ads--mostly 'you have a virus-click here"

7/31/2010 5:29:31 PM Windows freezes for a couple minutes then unfreezes.It freezes aound every 2 minutes to 15 minutes. The window turns white but you can still see the window underneath and it say explorer is not responding, then it starts to work again. I do not need to reboot.

11/21/2011 1:30:15 AM startup shutdown slow have Uniblue PowerSuit 4 speedup redgestry cleaner & drives but have lost Ie9 & stops working then as i was entering this box came up 2 recover ie9 & 2 recover pg something is over riding this I think it is safari freom itunes & tried 2 fix & restore defults plus windows firewall is off due 2 Norton and my network access agent service is not running dont know how 2 turn on and I get hi memory useage think it is due 2 yahoo.com please advise I have always trusted U so help me get my pc back on track thank u in advance!
