10/12/2016 1:25:30 AM I wish there was a way to see how fast the cpu was running and other seperable areas within where I may even be able to make adjustments on my end to help inprove the performice. A help program in areas like running some rather complex programs one case I can think of is this wireless signal firmware in which it is to accept signals from my computer so I can play a DVD and watch and hear the movie on my TV. And other types. Thanks fo Listening and GOD Bless...

12/27/2015 11:14:07 AM I bought this computer used June 2015 because I wanted Windows 7. I believe it was a 2012 model. For my needs it functions fine. I have been getting incredible amount of junk mail in spam and inbox thought maybe it was related to my AVG anti virus protection expired. It was already loaded on computer when I purchased.

8/14/2017 4:23:01 PM This computet does fine when it is running without interference from outside sources. I was having a lot of trouble with hackers; the computer running slow, then freezing up, temporarily, requiring frequent reboots. I installed the full Norton (free as a comcast customer) and then when the computer went black and would not restart, called a tech who got everything back up and running, installed some tools (Malware Bytes, etc. some of which have been disabled) ecomcast recovererd files and things seemed to be going along OK off and on....until today. Someone got into my computer and was playing with me, moving stuff, starting up a music file not of my choice, and since I had to remove Norton to install PC Natic,it appeared as though they tried to interfere with your installation. interfere with the installation. So, I don't think the hardware has a problem, but I sure do believe the software has a problem. It was purchased "used" from the computer store which got it running again. I purchased it used in 2014 (?)

9/19/2018 8:05:49 PM This computer was in use in August 2017 when the account was opened. It has an uninvited user on board according to a response from your offices within the last 30 days after the account was renewed. As a result I was unable to use PC Matic for the last everal months and ws having to deal with an unauthorized user. However, that was a conclusion I was arriving at on my own, when your respon to my inquiry confirmed that very thing. At this time, it appears to me the whole computer has been hijacked. I purchased a new Windows 7 Pro and located the original PC Matic disc amd took the computer and the new programs to Geek Squad, Yet again (4 or 5 times) to start over and activate PC Matic before I brought it home and hooked it up to my internet. Unfortunately, PC Matic was not activated....and it appears the hacker/usser immediately took over. The current windows 7 is x64. Is that sufficient to run the program properly> Supershield download failed. Do your records show a second user?
