7/9/2020 11:21:48 AM It has problems accessing Microsoft Edge. It is slow to start up and I feel it might have some virus or other problems that could be causing my issues.

6/10/2020 8:18:08 PM Have used this laptop for 3 months and just had to recover Windows - which took 10 days for the whole process with multiple diagnostics, etc. Prior to that, it was working fine and now it seems to be working fine. But don't know what happened to cause this issue. It only has happened once but that was extremely inconvenient! Was very glad I didn't have much loaded to it!
