8/15/2023 10:41:45 AM This computer had slowed down somewhat. I changed to an SSD internal hard drive and that helped the speed but, still the speed is not as when new. The only security I had was Microsift Security Essentials. I;m hoping PC Matic will help.

I took it in to Bestbuy's Geek Squad and they were able to get my personal files onto a backup hard drive and restore back to factory setting, then reload my data. Unfortunately, I did lose several programs. I am guessing on the purchase date, you may already have this info on file.

11/23/2012 3:01:19 PM Running multiple monitors via active Displayport-to-DVI dongles, and get Blue Screens of Death almost daily. Wireless adapter often dead on reboot, and needs the "Troubleshooting" procedure to reset it. Occasional BSoD when printing Acrobat documents. Touchpad stops working occasionally, then spontaneously works after a week. Too expensive a laptop to behave this way! (But when it works, I really like it.)
