I am not computer literate (trying to learn) so any help I can get helps. PC Matic is most helpful, wish it was faster but not complaining, it makes my computer better.

I still have the backup disk they sent -- but I asked for a refund. After the refund I spoke with one of their senior techs and with all the trouble word 2013 64 bit is giving I may re-purchase WP PRO and go with their lead tech to get it properly ninstalled. Even your pcmatic \and mugnum programs recognize there isx z problem in office 2013.

1/20/2016 5:37:33 PM I don't use it much but for the last couple of days I've been trying to install Windows 10. From 8.1 to 10. Well somehow the install got corrupted and it failed. I tried it several times and everythime it failed. So I started from scratch. I rebuilt the laptop to factory settings to windows 8, then upgraded it to 8.1 and from there I upgraded it to Windows 10 finishing today. Before I rebuilt it it ran like crap anyway.

6/11/2013 10:38:50 AM I am having trouble with keyboard responsiveness. When on the internet, including sites such as AOL, Google and Yahoo, the keyboard is very unresponsive. However, when I go on my company server through VMware, the keyboard works fine. I suspect it is a virus on my computer that is causing the problem but is shielded through my company server.

So one cnmputer-- the HP-- was listedf twice. I clicked the "old" "Saint Luke" computer off the list. Make sense? Probably not.
