2/17/2011 5:41:51 PM called gateway tech to assist me with my computer. Purchased for 99.99 Anti-Virus removal. Did not help. Purchased recovery disks. That did not help. Downloaded GW scan and ran full scan. Did not help. Tech suggested purchasing Harddrive. Just installed. Also installed your "PC Tune-Up" so thats where I stand at this time.
