4/27/2017 1:19:05 AM I had problems with the blue screen of death. It apparently was due to problem with static hard memory. Despite paid warranty, I pretty was on my own for getting things running again (I only have PC Matic on 1 computer)

2/9/2018 11:01:33 PM Dell Support Assistant may have been the cause for my system crash. Computer would not boot. Ultimately had to reinstall Windows 10 losing both applications and data in the process. I loved this computer up to when the crash happened.

3/1/2019 6:43:27 PM So far, it has worked without much concern. One time, the Internet browser had an issue so I downloaded FireFox. About a week ago during District tourneys, I had about 7+ Network1 - sports radio dialogue boxes opening up. I'm hopeing PCMatic will fix this.
