5/20/2020 11:11:06 PM I had to take this computer to get it fix to 1. the computer would not start up and was stuck in Repair Mode and could not be fixed automatically. 2. They had to reinstall Windows 10 Pro. Cost me $89.00 to have it repaired and an additional $49.00 to reinstall Windows 10 Pro. FYI: Just wanted to let you know for a future fix. The tech guy said he thought it was a virus, but didn't say which one.
