10/30/2015 9:55:13 AM Updated to Windows 10 and needs to have better migration strategy. Seems to be locking up more often after upgrade, but not sure if due to upgrade or legacy drivers from Windows 7. Lockups are most frequent on any Explorer operation such as right click to get drop down menu on a filename.

1/2/2013 11:00:02 AM Dell XPS 15z. Has system disk not found issues. Has nVidia 540M that shares the same heat-pipe to heatsink cooling solution as the CPU. GPU overheats during games resulting in system freeze and requiring hard reboot. Solution for the GPU is to underclock your videocard by 100Mhz using MSI Afterburner or the preferred method is to limit max CPU to 80% under CTRL PANEL Power Plan thus inhibiting Intel Turbo Boost and allowing the CPU to feed less heat to the GPU die on the way to the sink, this gives minimum FPS loss and the GPU runs 10-14 Deg C cooler.

9/23/2012 4:18:56 PM This computer was working fine till I was told by dell to send it to their depot in Houston TX. for a simple fix on the AC/DC plug which was loose. After getting it back it was a total mess. I've spent hundrads of dollars buying programs such as this to fix it sence dell wasn't interested in helping me.

4/27/2014 12:18:37 PM When I first bought it it was super, but there was a problem with the a AC charger pluging in to the machine. Dell sent a repairman out to my house to fix the problem but had no luck doing so. Then Dell to my to ship it to their repair shop in Houston TX, when I got it back it never ran the same. I complained about it but no help was given. I'm hoping your servies will help bring it back to a better speed.

The computer wasn't running as fast as it should so I will observe if it has improved and give feed back the next time I run a scan. I will make another determination on my satisfation too.
