Has following problems: although it is almost always plugged in, sometimes it switches to battery for no apparent reason, and the battery runs down. Slow program loads Script errors Running Windows 7, which is hard to get used to after XP.

3/19/2011 5:20:30 PM I purchased this 64-bit PC with Intel Core i7 processor for games. However after about 5 months, it started slowing exponentially and I am very unhappy. Dell is worthless when it comes to customer support and I am sorry I purchased extra years. My next step is to contact Intel, but frankly, I am just tired of the whole thing right now. (Your graphics testing is pretty cool - especially to me since I had surgery this morning and am on heavy drugs! LOL)
