1/28/2013 11:02:50 AM This computer runs slow, it does lock up at times but doesn't require frequent reboots. It seems it runs slower after viewing videos on youtube, not sure why because this was not always the case. Also with the web browser, all these add ons interfere with trying to type in the search line, it wants to jump to another area and becomes very frustrating. Even when I say no to add on it seems I stillget them!!

2/3/2013 1:09:43 PM My Dell Stuido 1737-151 was a gift. It blue screened the first week of use. My power adaptor shocked my hand running up my fingers. Since then my family purchased another adaptor that has not shocked me. Currently, I cannot load my favorite game. I use this P.C. to write from home. Because it was a gift I do try not to complain. Some programs like I-Tunes take many clicks to bring it up. My photo library was just about wiped out. I believe my system is free from virus, except some problems still exist from them.

3/22/2010 4:25:27 PM I would have been more satisfied had i known that for the last year norton 360 was not performing the task or completing the jobs it said that was addressing. Because of Norton 360 lack of performance my computer had become infected with hundreds of virus. All the while I trusted that the product I paid for was protecting my computer. Resulting in costing me over $200 for repair and hendering my ability to complete my school work from the convience of my own computer.

7/21/2010 9:04:53 PM Purchased computer in Oct. 2009. All worked fine until may 2010. Then when I logged on it would not connect to Internet Explorer. After about an hour it would let me in. Dell Tech help would help but the problem would be back the next day. It is like something is running in the background and has to complete a cycle before letting me connect to IE. Some days it's OK Other days it is hours before I can get in.

I have numerous niggling problems, ever since I bought it, nearly 3 yrs ago, such as, currently, from time to time screen "dissolves" into v fast moving small chequer patterns or thin vertical lines. Sometimes the comuter then 'dies' and has to be restarted, sometimes it appears to pull itself together and carry on! This has only occurred since engineer installed new speakers (one was dead) and motherboard.

1/11/2011 10:01:26 PM i have had 5 seperate hard drives sent to me through dell and have reinstalled the whole shooting match x25+. the preloaded stuff seems to chronically be plagued with software with no valid signitures, outdated certificates, language codes that have been changed to imaginary languages, and commands that delete entire registries. reinstalling is a joke since the same garbage keeps coming back over and over again. microsoft needs better ways to keep customers coming back other that seemingly screwing up all their stuff right before and forever more their newest stuff comes out so ya have to finally give up and buy the new crap just to be able to use email for a minute. but they "are not responsible for any of the crap gotten through them or the havoc it might create in your id stolen life"...

Some times it freezes constantly, sometimes it'll be hours between them but it ALWAYS freezes. Ive had the hd replaced twice and the dvd rom replaced under warranty. my built in camera doesnt work anymore bc dell said its not their responsibility to reload software and idk what happened to the driver disks or how to find out which driver i need. i haven't used this computer with regularity, sometimes not turning it on for 9+ months at a time bc of all this. i hope dell goes out of business and their client support learns english so they understand when i tell them to go to hell.
