11/19/2010 11:50:53 AM the disk drive doesn't work and hasn't since the computer was 8 months old. Dell always says they have good customer support, but they don't. They expect you to send your computer back to them for repair, but I can't give up my computer for any amount of time - I need it for work. I will never buy another Dell Computer!!!!

10/26/2010 1:21:37 PM Dell computer are being built cheaper and cheap with cheaper and cheaper parts. They tend to fall more often than most other brand name computers. And dell must have issues with having a support group that is in the U.S. i never get an english speaking person.

I'm also less than pleased with Vista performance - seems unnecessarily more difficult than XP to diagnose and fix stuff, though that may just be the version I have. Either way, this computer has been one problem after another.

4/4/2010 9:42:49 PM I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS ESPECIALLY WHEN I TURN ON THE COMPUTER, VERY OFTEN THE COMPUTER HAS TO GO THROUGH 'SYSTEM RESTORE" WHICH IS VERY TIME CONSUMING. ONCE THE COMPUTER DOES TURN ON, I HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE INTERNET ICON FINALLY COMES ON. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS COMPUTER AND AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING CHANGING BRANDS.
