7/10/2018 7:41:33 AM	This computer was the DELL-PRECISION Windows 7. It experienced a hard drive failure and Dell replaced the drive under warranty. We have loaded Windows 10 Pro now. With Windows 7 it did begin to run slower and boot slower. I also had occasions where I had to rume Malware bites on this computer and the EliteBook to remove malware that pC Matic did not find. I replaced the hard drive on the EliteBook and have purchased Windows 10 Pro for that computer. I want to make certain everything is operating before I make the change.	3.00 out of 4
7/11/2018 6:49:07 AM	The computer is okay, and when I start my AutoCAD, it boots up fine, but when I try to open a .dwg file, it hangs up. I see a window open and close quickly and it takes a long time for it to open and to save. It's worse over a VPN connection from home to work. I think I may have a script running.	2.00 out of 4
