3/14/2015 10:43:26 AM I bought this lap top to replace the one designated on the PC Matic as number 2, which was fouled up during loading of PC Matic. I contacted PC Matic for support to solve the problem was given some general guidance and links that did not work. I informed PC Matic of the status with no response. I use this for my work and cannot simply hang in limbo waiting for an answer and solution to what ever PC Matic did to my other lap top.

11/16/2017 7:33:56 PM this is main computer and has always had PC Matic setup on it. But started having issues and locking up. Just got it back from comptuer service today for $125 repair.. Save my data files but had to reload windows. now I have to reload all my programs and hope there will be no more issues

12/2/2018 11:20:35 AM Internet slows down after awhile and the adapter needs to be disabled and then enabled and internet speed is better. Also, there are times where the hard disk goes to 100% after booting up and it slows the pc down until whatever is using all of hte HD finishes porcessing.

I am praying it speeds up and my internet connections are cleaner and free of lag times. I do a ton of online schooling which is timed and it has been timing out for the past month because of the computers bad performance.

11/13/2017 9:37:34 PM This Dell Inspiron 17 5000 Series has been a disappointment to me since day one. It has run slow, it has forgotten settings and was the proximate cause of my being caught in a malware scam that cost me thousands of dollars. I have had it reset to factory and now use it only as a back up. I will never buy another Dell product.

9/1/2017 9:36:24 AM I had no problems with this PC until 3 days ago. Something happened to keep me from starting it and it just kept rbooting over and over. I did a reair from an ext hard drive and it took me back to Windows 7. I had Windows 10. Now everything I had on it is gone, EVERYTHING.
