2/20/2021 9:25:50 AM There is little or no software except the preloads from Dell and it still takes a long time to start up internet or make connection. All other household pcs make immediate connection, this one takes a while to get going. My husband is totally frustrated and seldom uses this device for that reason. Hoping your software will help resolve these issues.

If an added user creates his/her own account, instead of logging in with the primary account owner’s information, that user doesn’t have the option to delete that account. I am concerned that PC Matic keeps turning off and may not be protecting my computer and may be allowing viruses and malware to go unchecked. I hope that the factory reset works because I didn't receive satisfactory help from PC Matic.
