If an added user creates his/her own account, instead of logging in with the primary account owner’s information, that user doesn’t have the option to delete that account. 3/14/2018 8:28:14 PM I had to do a windows recovery twice and then a complete factory reset today. I am concerned that PC Matic keeps turning off and may not be protecting my computer and may be allowing viruses and malware to go unchecked. I hope that the factory reset works because I didn't receive satisfactory help from PC Matic.
