So my answer is kind of unsure right now because I don't know what is going on with the computer yet! Didn't run slow or having trouble loading until yesterday so below questions I'm not sure how to respond.

2/20/2021 9:25:50 AM There is little or no software except the preloads from Dell and it still takes a long time to start up internet or make connection. All other household pcs make immediate connection, this one takes a while to get going. My husband is totally frustrated and seldom uses this device for that reason. Hoping your software will help resolve these issues.

3/14/2018 8:28:14 PM I had to do a windows recovery twice and then a complete factory reset today. I am concerned that PC Matic keeps turning off and may not be protecting my computer and may be allowing viruses and malware to go unchecked. I hope that the factory reset works because I didn't receive satisfactory help from PC Matic.
