10/15/2017 12:50:57 PM This has been a great laptop until the last windows 10 update. It screwed up my Dell Inspiron 5555, signature addition. It froze on boot up multiple times. I later uninstalled the update.

1/15/2016 7:26:39 PM Allowed what I thought was HP help desk to access my computer using logmein. When I realized they wern't HP I shut down the coomputer but it may have been too late. At the end of the PCmatic scan windows opened up with mumerous grafics moving around with PCmatic on them. This didn't happen on my other computer.
