10/20/2015 2:52:16 PM Ran great until yesterday i was not able to get my e-mails. I did not know if it was a problem with windows 10 or a virus. Webroot defender says i have a virus but would not remove it unless i paid again. I hope you can remove it.

I don't like windows 8.1 and even the newer option update which offers a start menu I like the classic one the first dell helpers 2 years ago set me up with but i wonder if now some of those things aren't as compatible. I have gone thruogh the startup list and turned off everything I can but it seems like i really need most of it although some things don't say what they are so I can't do anything. But even though the first dell tech to do a quick look at this said this computer is running slowly and I'm one of those people that has 2 IE's and 1 CHrome and the windows start menu up with other programs open and it seems to always run fast to me. The only problems I seem to have is making sure the right drivers are installed as dell has different versions than win update and I don't know what to do... OH and the big thing is I need to call you all back and the tech that made plans to call me back must have forgotten or got sick because my microsofot office that we purchaaed with this dell crashes whenever ANY OF THE PROGRAMS TRIES TO OPEN EVEN A BLANK PAGE... THAT'S THE BIG PROBLEM! But i'm intereting in this programs claims to show me how fast my computer is running compared to others afte the scan which I will start NOW!
