9/2/2010 1:28:18 PM	When I boot system it always wants to boot from network for some reason. I then have to go into BIOS and reset, then it will boot normally. When I am typing the touch pad seems to pick up on my palm and move the cursor to unexpected places on screen. Customer service for ASUS seems lacking in knowledge or at least willingness to assist in problem solving without having to send unit in to them.	3.00 out of 4

Matic i appreciate p.c.matic last six year I am using P.C Matic it is good and I will always use p.c.matic it is guod for P.C in future I will use p.c.matic for my laptop therefore last four five year I am using p.c.matic I like to install p.c.matic thanyou for all the information I gave you and I will use p.c.matic I do not have to say anything more it is good therefore I have installmy sisterinlow Deborah Bharne advise me to install p.c.maticI do not to say anything more I am saticfies sometime it is slow not everytime it is good therefore I stall I am satisfied not frequenty it runs flow it does not concern me in future I will always p.c.matic computer does not lock upit is good therefore I am satisfied I have told you it does not lock up I am happy therefore I install p.c.matic I do not have more tosay now I am closing	3.00 out of 4

After the recovery was completed and still having the same problem with system, because someone in Bangladesh is the support person, and doesn't have a grasp on his job, I lost all my information, had too get some of info from old system. System still wants to boot from CD/DVD ROM, changed all settings in BIOS. I'm thinking the motherboard battery is probably bad. I will update BIOS first and see if that clears the problem with bootup.	2.00 out of 4

Similar problem with CA PC Tuneup, except after going thru set up, it wants to sell me the CA PC Tuneup again with no other options available. I already paid for both but purchasing them hasn’t given me the use of these software! Go figure, HELP, or Give me a refund.	2.00 out of 4
