3/2/2012 10:10:23 AM having trouble with .NET Framework errors on startup. Something is causing screen colors to drop to 16 on startup which make wallpaper look grainy. This swithces back on it's own but it causes the startup time to increase. I would like to fix this without needing to wipe the computer out and reaload the OS.
