8/23/2016 10:29:51 AM This computer's OS died in 2015 just days after the one-year service warranty expired. I purchased a new service contract and had the OS restored/repaired and it has since required occasional (now more frequent) reboots and freezing.

1/19/2019 12:00:00 PM Used to be satisfied, but now has started being not dependable. On its own it has changed settings, appearance, locations of files. I reset, and it goes back again to wrong settings. Seems to jump around on its own. Touch pad stopped working on one side, so must use only on lower left corner.
