9/21/2015 11:50:09 AM I have had 2 HP's Both deleted the hard drive and only said please instal an operating system. when i purchased this pc from walomart, they had a PC on display. it was an HP and it had black screen that said, please install an operating system. HP makes terrible PC's and printers. won't ever own one again. This acer has been great and it's only 1.5 months old. i like the core I5 processor, and really like this PC.

12/19/2015 12:09:24 PM had a windows 8 OS fatal crash and had to take to Microcenter to have the OS reinstalled which wipe out some files that I had. was told that windows 8 has had many problems with failure to boot.

10/4/2020 9:55:54 AM when pcmatic updates drivers, it seems to eliminate 32dll. which messes everything up, now I cannot run my yamaha reciever and seperate speakers anymore and can only utilize the computer sound to hear with

1/23/2019 7:51:17 AM A popup appears on my monitor superimposed over what I am working on and it is had to get rid of it temporarily. The popup is regarding a directory of one of my zip drives that I previously used. Although it has been removed and mail to my son in Utah, the directory of that drive still pops up pretty often on my monitor! It seems to be lodged inside my computer and demands to "be seen" on top of what I want to work on! Help!
