11/7/2011 3:29:06 PM I was dissatisfied with the hard drive installed on the Acer. It has been replaced twice in the last four years. When I looked online, I found that the Hitachi hard drives are inherently faulty in that the arm sticks. I recently replaced it with a Seagate SATA drive, so I anticipate better performance with this one.

9/13/2010 5:34:15 AM Usually runs pretty good, and fairly fast for 3 meg speed. But, at times it's a little unpredictable w/ the speed, and occasionally wont boot up for some unknown reason, until I turn it off & restart. That doesn't happen frequently.

10/3/2010 12:38:50 PM this computer is very slow and i cant do anything with it for more then 10 minutes without it freezing up. My program uninstalling programs only show some of what is on my computer, but not everything. my hard driver is crushing i think. and i am not sure if i have the right year on when it was purchased. I might be a year off.
