8/15/2014 6:51:13 PM Slow sometimes, but that might be our internet connection. The only real issue I have is that the SWMAgent is constantly restarting and closes my programs. I cannot find it in my control panel to delete it. I am not sure it is okay to delete it.

4/27/2014 10:06:18 AM Most of the problems encountered are concerned with the local ISP. Hard to tell if the fault is with the computer or the ISP. Both desktops re having problems, but the tablets and cell phones seem to be OK.
