10/28/2014 5:43:12 PM the 2007 date below is not correct. Do not remember date. I had a lot of difficulty loading the program. Wrote twice and received quick response, however, I did not know what the downward quick flashing arrow meant. We learned by accident. Would recommend commenting on the arrow and I would not have needed to write twice about downloading.
