1/24/2010 3:18:00 PM This HP sometimes will take a long time on the initial start up, and also frezzes on occasion but I am satisfied with the perfomance. I would like it to stream better then it does. Could be a internet speed problem.

12/22/2009 2:12:39 PM My satisfaction level has not been as reported to me by my friends. Most problems started with the installation of Microsoft Outlook 2007 which would always lock up. Contacted Microsoft Support and spent approximately 17 hours without any success. This is the reason I've had to do a new install and purchase this Windows OS7, which I did not want to do but had no other alternative.

1/7/2010 12:39:54 PM This model had a breakdown after one year. Video card went out, disk drive is not working right, and the OS even after reboot is still having problem. Customer Service sucks, even after I pay my $100 to help with problems with OS. They are lame and do not seem to know what to do, as if they are reading out of a book on what to do.
