9/9/2020 8:31:05 AM I'm Not sure if it was PC Matic or me. I downloaded a driver for the NEAT receipt scanner and it took about three weeks to destory my hard Drive. So I am doing a Hard Drive Recovery to Default HP beginning.

1/30/2018 10:45:15 AM PC was not recognizong USB drives and was going into self diagnostics and not booting into windows10. Just re-installed Window's10 and hope it fixes the issue.
