5/10/2017 8:29:13 AM When I am viewing sites on line the computer frequently (every 2-3 minutes) stops and gives a prompt that internet explorer has stopped working and the web page must be reopened. Also, periodically the screen goes black and I get a message that the device driver has stopped working and it is necessary to clost the web page and reopen it. Very agravating.

12/15/2014 3:01:30 PM It was Windows 8 when I bought it, then raised to 8.1, and I have had trouble learning the system since I had used Windows XP for so long. My Windows XP computer is the other one I want to put PCMatic on because you said you support Windows XP.

10/22/2014 4:47:51 PM Since I bought it I've had it in for repair. Around 7 times. They test it & remove software & re install updates. I have to re install my Programs. If it wasn't for this I've be very Satisfied. I don't believe them when they blame PC Matic!!!
