Yesterday I had to do a restore and lost all files except what I had in my emails, it was restored to factory specs. when I got it. I spent an hr with tech support ans was suppose to be called back stayed up till 1am this morning no calls, finally got a call noonish, by then I was able to restore the computer to orginal specs. I haven't even had this unit 1 yr yet. the answers to below questions was before I did a restore

2/25/2016 5:37:22 AM At the moment I am "VERY UNSATISFIED" with this computer. I've had 3 major problems since we purchased this. 1 - the Mother Board had to be replaced, this happened end of Oct 15; the next 2 - happened to be the exact same thing "HARD DRIVE" failure. These occurred during January 2016 & February 2016.
