2/28/2018 9:10:56 PM	Blue screen issues have developed. Mouse stopped working. PLEASE work with Micro Soft to fix their interface with PC Matic. Had to get another hard drive to get my computer to work. I realize you do not fix individual computers but if many of your clients like me are having problems with PC Matic mating to Micro Soft it sounds like GOOD business and commmon sense that you would strive to fix this issue. Other wise I would think you would see folks jumping ship and looking elsewhere. When one calls the Micro Soft # you gave out to get help with frozen mouse it gets one NO Where. Good grief...you guys are the geniuses then contact Micro Soft and work this out!	3.00 out of 4
