9/24/2012 11:40:57 PM When I first purchased PC Matic you ran automatic scans and sent me emails with what was found. Now, I receive nothing, and it only runs when I run it. I was under the impression that this would be done automatically until my membership expired.

3/3/2011 11:36:39 AM 1. Windows Live Album viewer error pops up repeatedly over past several months, uncorrected by any programs. 2. On idling after a while desktop becomes a white page and difficult to get out of. I finally press ctl/alt/del to reach file manager. All of this is getting worse, with long pauses anytime new task.

3/3/2011 9:08:05 PM 1. For about two months, a popup constantly comes up saying, "Windows Live Album viewer" is not working. I have tried all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing found in Microsoft Knowledge Base or otherwise. 2. Desktop has been malfunctioning to the point where if the PC idles more than a few minutes, desktop turns into a white screen and it is then difficult to return to a page. I do not usually have to reboot, just go to ctl/alt/del or click on start menu to redirect to a viable page - sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I have also tried to remove any screensavers, but it doesn't make much difference. 3. When I run task manager, I have noticed recently that all of the memory on the graphs shows red at the bottom and there are dramatic spikes--all this when no other programs are being used. All of the memory cache seems to be used up (I am not a programmer, so I don't know the significance of the tasks here. But I know that it doesn't look right to be using almost 100% of the memory. 4. I do housekeeping maintenance regularly, also have never found a virus on this PC for a long time.
