Didn't help computer. Wanted to charge me more. I just quit using the computer. Before I scrap the computer, I thought I'd try PCMatic.

3/5/2013 5:20:54 PM This computer is only 3 months old. It has windows 8 & IE 10 on it. W8 is very complex & difficult to use. IE10 keeps having to close do to problems. Iclick to send them a report at their request,so they can analyze & fix the problem. I have done that many times, but they do not seem to find & fix the problem
