10/14/2015 4:03:18 PM With the exception of the glitches suffered over its years of service, I have few complaints. It has gotten blue screens, sluggishness, dllhost.exe (that Trend Micro didn't solve), my settings for internet keep getting reset from how I set them. The blue screen is the only "lock up" in that it must be rebooted. It will happen frequently for a few weeks then it won't happen at all for a few weeks. I was hacked by those encryption fiends, but cannot attibute any lasting damage that I can trace to them directly, but then that's why I need you all. I just need it all handled.

Best Buy wouldn't do anything about it (they said they offer no warranty) and trying to get Gateway to honor their warranty seems impossible. They want me to take it and get it service with my money before they honor their warranty and I don't think they will.
