Instead of deleting the files it was my task bar that was deleted now my computer doesnt have a rask bar any recommendation? Can't find my back disk and can afford to buy the OS in vista anymore....$ 199.99 for the windows 7

11/24/2009 11:21:59 AM This computer is noisy and always sounds like it is going to "take off" because it runs so fast. I called e-machine within an hour of setting it up two years ago and asked them why it made so much noise.
